I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate serving adolescents and adults in North Carolina. My approach to therapy is grounded in both relational theory and creativity, ensuring that each client feels seen and heard without being confined to a preset agenda. I tend to use an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing elements of psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and IPT to better tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and eating disorders.

“I believe in the power of meaningful relationships and in empowering clients to harness their own strengths and resources for healing.”

I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment that acknowledges the impact of social identities on individual experiences. By recognizing and addressing these dynamics, I strive to create a space where clients can explore systems of meaning and build progress within their own mental and emotional frameworks. My commitment to anti-oppressive practice and cultural humility aims to respect each client’s unique journey toward healing and self-discovery. I prioritize listening carefully and ensuring my clients feel comfortable and safe to be authentically themselves, working collaboratively to reach their goals.
